Halal Slaughterman Certification
Halal is very important for the Indonesian market, especially for food and beverage. To support halal in the red meat Industry, LEP Indonesia collaborates with HSC IPB (Halal Science Center Bogor Agricultural University) have already held Halal Slaughterman Certification for 100 persons. We held at Bogor, Bandung, and Medan city in 5 batches, 20 people each batch in 2023 - 2024. All participants came from supply chain facilities for Australian cattle. Halal slaughterman is one of the requirements for an abattoir to obtain a halal certificate.
