ANIMAL WELFARE & WELLBEING WORKSHOP

Livestock Export Program, Meat & Livestock Australia, in collaboration with the Indonesia Australia Red Meat and Cattle Partnership, supports the cattle industry in Indonesia with an Animal & Wellbeing Workshop. This workshop is for vets and para-vets from the feedlot industry. This workshop discusses Diagnostic Clinics, Necropsy Techniques, Sampling Techniques, Biosecurity, and Carcass Deglanding. Five trainers from IPB University.

The workshop was held in 5 cities which are Surabaya, Bandung, Bogor, Lampung, and Medan with a total of 113 participants from the feedlot, abattoir staff, and local government staff.
